How long will it take to receive my package?

Please note that each music box and discs are handmade. We print the disc covers, test the machines, and then ship them out, so the process may take some time. It usually takes 1 - 3 days to produce. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

After your order has been shipped, items usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier delays.

Can I change the song on the mini vinyl record?

Absolutely! You are free to replace or change any of the songs to your favorites — there are no restrictions at all. Just connect GlowVinyl™ Music Box and delete the old MP3, transfer your favorite MP3 into the folders to listen the new songs.

Which audio formats are supported?

MP3 only. Other formats (WAV, FLAC, M4A) won't be recognized. You can convert any audio file to MP3 for free using online tools like CloudConvert.

What are included in the package?

You will receive GlowVinyl™ Music Box, 9 well printed mini vinyl records with NFC chips and a USB-C cable for transferring mp3.

Do I need Spotify or any streaming subscription?

No. GlowVinyl™ Music Box runs entirely offline. You simply transfer MP3 files from your laptop to the box — no ongoing connection needed. No internet, no app, no subscription needed. The music is yours.

What if I want more than 9 songs?

You can rewrite any disc anytime — so practically unlimited songs across 9 discs.
For larger collections, additional disc sets are available in the shop.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 8 hours of continuous playback on a full charge. Charges via USB-C cable which is included in the package.

How do I use the music box?

Connect the GlowVinyl™ Music Box to your laptop using the included USB-C cable.
9 numbered folders will appear on your laptop — one per disc.
Drop a single MP3 file into each folder. Unplug the USB-C cable. Stick the numbered NFC chips on the back of your favorite discs.
Place a disc on the box — your song plays instantly. Lift it off — it stops.

How do I change the songs later?

Plug the box into your laptop with the included USB-C cable. Open the folder of the disc you want to update. Delete the old MP3, drag in a new one. Save and unplug, your disc now plays the new song.

Takes 30 seconds. Do it as often as you like — discs can be rewritten unlimited times.

How do the NFC chips work?

You receive 9 numbered chips. Stick each chip on the back of any disc you like — the number matches the folder on your laptop where the corresponding MP3 lives. Position on the disc doesn't matter.
