Please note that each music box and discs are handmade. We print the disc covers, test the machines, and then ship them out, so the process may take some time. It usually takes 1 - 3 days to produce. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for supporting our small business.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
After your order has been shipped, items usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier delays.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
